Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2018

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute the full legal agreement between you and VoiceVoice Inc. (doing business as and herein referred to as “MaestroConference”) that governs customer’s use of the MaestroConference service and website (“Service”). Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. "You", “your” or “customer” refers to the individual who registered for an account and provided their credit card information.

Service

MaestroConference will provide the Service in accordance with these Terms. MaestroConference may, at its sole discretion, discontinue the Service or modify features of the Service from time to time without prior notice. Because the use of the Service involves hardware, software, and Internet access, your ability to use the Service may be affected by the performance of these components. High speed internet access is recommended. You acknowledge and agree that such system requirements, which may be changed from time to time, are your responsibility.

Offering Service on an As-Is Basis

You understand and acknowledge that the Service is being provided on an as-is basis. MaestroConference has made best efforts to test the product, but it may not work correctly at all times, or in all circumstances. You assume all risks and all costs associated with your use of the Service, including but not limited to: inability to initiate or complete an event, video quality, number of users able to connect at one time, any recordings, and any of your data stored on our systems.

Toll-Based Conference Calling Service

MaestroConference is a toll-based conference calling service. It allows users from multiple locations to dial into a phone number, enter an access code, and connect all of their phone lines. All callers are individually responsible for paying for any incurred long distance phone charges, cellphone minutes, or other charges related to dialing into the Service.

Limits of Service

MaestroConference reserves the right to apply limits to the Service, such as the number of people who can participate in an event at one time, the length of a conference, the hours during which a event can be held, and any other limits MaestroConference implements.

Changing the Service

MaestroConference reserves the right to modify, suspend or stop the Service (or any part thereof), either temporarily or permanently, at any time or from time to time, with or without prior notice to you. MaestroConference may provide notice of any such changes to the Service by posting them on its website or sending email to the email address on file. You acknowledge that MaestroConference has no obligation to provide, or continue to provide the Service, or any part thereof, now or in the future.

Feedback

As part of using the Service, MaestroConference will provide users with the opportunity to submit comments, suggestions, or other feedback regarding the Service. You agree that in the absence of a separate written agreement to the contrary, MaestroConference will be free to use any feedback provided by users for any purpose.

Your Account

You are responsible for all activity that takes place in your account. You agree that you are responsible for keeping any passwords for the Service confidential and secure, and further understand that you are solely responsible and liable for any activities that occur in your account.

Single User License

Our Service subscriptions are single-user licenses that entitle you to conduct unlimited events as the “host.” Hosts are defined as those having the following characteristics.

Hosts can have unlimited number of speaker/presenters attend the events they host as well as assistants to help setup and/or conduct, operate the controls, of the event.

Assistants may not host their own events separately from the host, except for testing purposes.

If you have multiple users who can each set up events, conduct calls, or assist with events without you, you must purchase a license for each user. For multiple users on a single account, the following prices apply:

Customer agrees that if multiple users use their account, they are responsible for paying for that usage, and that MaestroConference may charge the credit card on file based on the number of hosts actually using the platform over a given period. MaestroConference will provide a written record of this to the email on file, and customer may cancel any time.

To purchase a multi-user subscription, or if you have any questions, call us at 877-414-1515 or email sales@maestroconference.com.
